Delete From The Account Dashboard

Sign in using the email address for the account, open Account → Advanced, select Delete Account, and confirm the request. If you are signed out, Nuvio will ask you to sign in and then return you to the deletion control.

Open Account Deletion

If You Cannot Sign In

Email hello@nuvio.tv from the address associated with the account and request account deletion. Include only the account email and any information needed to identify the account. Never send a password, session token, API key, login code, or other credential.

Nuvio Media may request reasonable verification before processing a manual request so another person cannot delete your account.

Data Covered By Deletion

  • The Nuvio account and authentication identity.
  • Profiles and profile configuration.
  • Synced addons, integrations, collections, library, and favorites.
  • Synced watch progress, watched history, and TV or mobile settings.

Timing And Limited Retention

An authenticated deletion is submitted immediately. When it succeeds, the account and account-linked Nuvio Sync records are removed from active systems. A manual request is processed after account ownership is verified.

Limited copies may remain temporarily in rolling backups, security records, moderation records, or logs, or for longer where required by law, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or protection of users and the service. These copies are not used to restore the deleted account and are removed or de-identified when the applicable retention need ends.

Independent Services

Account deletion does not delete data controlled by services you connected or selected, such as Trakt, a debrid provider, metadata provider, addon, media source, or external player. Contact those providers directly for deletion from their systems.
